At Evoz we ask ourselves — and our customers — a lot of questions. Mainly we ask: How can we make our baby monitors as smart and sensitive to a family’s needs as they can be?
Evoz started with a simple question from one of our team: How can my wife and I sit on our patio while staying connected to our son? Their traditional baby monitor just wouldn’t reach. His first answer was to call his phone from his wife’s phone and leave one phone in their son’s room. That led to lots of new and exciting questions, and Evoz took flight with the first unlimited range WiFi audio baby monitor in 2011.
Next, we asked ourselves: Wouldn’t it be great if the monitor told you when to pay attention instead of listening for the baby to wake up, on edge the whole time? So we created a cry alert. And with it, we launched our patented cry detection technology, to give parents that extra trusted nudge that could create true peace of mind. We didn’t know it then, but our real-time email alerts were opening up a whole new set of learnings for parents about their babies’ daily rhythms.
Until one of our users asked us: How can I see my baby’s schedule without digging through my inbox looking for the cry alerts? From the mouths of babes (and their moms!) we discovered another capability! Wake-up schedule insights joined genuine cry alerts as something only Evoz baby monitor camera can offer.
Our mission is to help families connect and care for each other.
